This year’s winter was very different from the ones I usually have. My vacation began with a major setback, as I suffered from severe back pain that took nearly a month to recover from. Due to this, I could not study, exercise, or even spend time with my friends. Most of the days were spent lying in bed, doing absolutely nothing. However, once I started recovering, I decided not to waste my remaining days. I followed a daily routine and began working on improving myself. I also learned new skills like video editing and thumbnail designing.
Furthermore, I focused on my studies, especially Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. During this time, my family and I visited our relatives and spent quality time with them. Reading motivational books changed my perspective on life. I read three books that motivated me and helped me find ways to stay positive and overcome challenges in life. These books include Atomic Habits, Power, and Don’t Believe Everything You Think. These books mainly focus on self-improvement and personal well-being.
On Republic Day, I, along with my father, went to the parade ground, where a large gathering of officials and dignitaries was taking part in the celebration. During the last days of this winter vacation, the holy month of Ramadan knocked at the door, and I was enthusiastic to welcome this blessed month by observing fasts.
