📜 Overview

At Foundation World School, we strive to create a safe, respectful, and academically focused environment where every student can learn and grow. The following rules and regulations are designed to maintain discipline, ensure safety, and promote responsible behavior among students. All students and parents are expected to comply with these guidelines.

⏰ Schedule & Attendance

  • Timing: Arrive 15 mins prior to start; leave within 15 mins of closing.
  • ID Card: Mandatory daily. Missing ID results in absence status.
  • Absence: Inform the Class Teacher promptly via school app.
  • Leaves: Written notice needed for planned absences; long leaves need approval.

👔 Uniform & Grooming

  • Mandatory prescribed uniform on all school days and official events.
  • Strict adherence to neatness, hygiene, and proper personal grooming.
  • School ID card must be worn visibly at all times on campus and transport.

🛡️ Behaviour & Safety

  • Absolute zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or physical aggression.
  • Treat school property with absolute care (damages will be billed).
  • Sharp items, harmful substances, and gadgets/smartwatches are banned.
  • Dedicated medical room available with a certified nurse.

🚌 School Transport

  • We provide safe and reliable transport coverage for almost all locations across Budgam and Srinagar, ensuring convenient connectivity for our students.
  • Maintain strict discipline inside the transit bus at all times.
  • Standing, shouting, or distracting the driver is strictly prohibited.
  • Misconduct can lead to suspension of transport privileges.

🤝 Conduct & PTMs

  • Direct Resolution: Raise concerns via school App or formal meetings.
  • Social Media: Refrain from posting negative or derogatory remarks online.
  • Partnership: Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is encouraged.

💳 Fee Regulations

Category Policy
Fee Fee is to be paid by the 3rd of every month.
